Program. The problem was to transform a public beach strip located in the Municipality of Carolina, Puerto Rico, into an active regional park, with the sea as it focus.

Solution. The solution consists in the creation of different layers of circulation and activity magnets. Dividing the strip into different activity zones by a reforestation system that reinforces the circulation and zoning patterns.
