Novoteks

	Located on one of Santo Domingo's "Polígono Central" busiest streets, Novotek is the result of a professional collaboration between the Architect and the client who is also the Interior Designer. Novoteks is a retail operation specializing in upholstery fabrics for contract and residential design. The building is assembled from prefabricated concrete building elements and is aligned perpendicular to the street with parking along the side of the property.
